Boarding and Daycare prices will vary depending on the size of the suite or condo space you choose plus the additional services selected at check-in. Please see the additional service pages for more information on all that we can provide while your pet vacations with us. For overnight guests normal checkout is anytime before 10:00 am. Checkouts are possible anytime during normal hours but will incur an additional days charge. Please don’t hesitate to call the number above with any questions.

Accommodations for Cats

Cat condos are approximately 30″ by 30″ units that can be combined to provide more space or multiple levels. This works well for a cat that prefers to climb or multiple cat households with cats that like to be together.

Boarding/Daycare Hours

Check-in is Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Check-out is daily before 12:00 pm during the hours listed above.

Your pet can be checked-out anytime during our normal business hours, however, pickups after 12:00 pm will be charged an additional days boarding.

If you have circumstances that require an after-hours or weekend check-in/check-out please let us know. We can arrange check-in/check-out at the following times:

• 8 pm Monday – Friday
• 2-2:30 pm or 8-8:30 pm on Saturday
• 8-8:30am, 2-2:30 pm, or 8-8:30 pm on Sunday

Doggie Suites

All dogs staying with us are walked a minimum of 3 times a day. This allows them opportunities for exercise and potty outside. Our new outdoor play area is completely fenced and is divided into 3 separate areas. Each area is approximately 60′ x 125′. Great for pets that like to run and play.

Canine Suites are available in 2 basic types, indoor/outdoor and indoor. Prices vary according to the size of the suite. All our suites were manufactured by The Mason Company. See the pictures below.

Kitty Condos

Cats or kittens staying at the resort are in for a treat. They get their own room away from the dogs. Each feline guest gets his or her own Shoreline Condo with a 30″ x 30″ x 30″ suite and separate spaces for food and litter. The resort also provides a comfortable bed for those cat naps, food and water bowls, and litter box.

For multiple cat families, condos can be configured to allow up to 4 cats to share one large space.

Boarding Requirements

We make every effort to keep your pet safe while staying with us. Our suites have isolation panels to prevent contamination from one space to another and are cleaned regularly with disinfectants to maintain pet health.

For the health and well being of all our guests, your pet must meet the following requirements before boarding with us. Proof of vaccinations must be provided prior to your pet’s visit. Your veterinarian can fax records to 231-238-2280 attention: pet resort.

Dogs

• Current Rabies vaccination
• Current DAPPL vaccination (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, Parvo virus, Leptospirosis)
• Current Bordatella vaccination (Kennel cough)
• Negative fecal test within the last 6 months.
• Free from fleas.

Cats

• Current Rabies vaccination
• Current Feline leukemia

Temperament

The temperament of the guest will be evaluated at check-in. Aggressive dogs that are deemed to be a danger to our staff may be denied. If you are concerned about aggression issues we can schedule an interview prior to your vacation or travel plans.

Food Health

For the health of your pet, we strongly recommend bringing their food with you to minimize digestive upset.
